My Story
Brainorithmics did not begin with a business plan. It grew out of my passion for mathematics, my experience as a mother and my wish to give children better opportunities for their future.
Through my own children I realised how decisive the right support is for a child’s development. At the same time, in my many years of teaching I met many families who wanted to support their children but, for all kinds of reasons, could not always do so — whether for lack of time, language barriers or the necessary knowledge.
Many children told me their stories. I met children who believed they simply could not understand mathematics. Children who were afraid of exams. Children convinced that maths just wasn’t for them.
But I saw something quite different. I saw children with potential. Children who were curious. Children who, with the right guidance, suddenly achieved things they had never thought themselves capable of.
In that moment it became clear to me: it is not potential that children lack. Often they simply lack the right support.
That is exactly why Brainorithmics came to be. Not as a classic tutoring school, but as a place where children are allowed to understand instead of memorise. Where they may ask questions. Make mistakes. Build confidence. And above all discover just how much is really inside them.
My Mission
I don’t just want to teach children mathematics. I want to show them that they can master challenges. That mistakes are part of learning. That logical thinking can be trained. And that every child can achieve more than they often believe.
My goal is not only to support children academically, but to guide them into confident, curious and independently thinking people.
Why Mathematics?
For me, mathematics is far more than a school subject. It teaches children to think logically, to recognise connections and to solve problems in a structured way. It nurtures creativity, concentration, perseverance and confidence.
Those who truly understand mathematics gain more than better grades. They gain trust in their own abilities. And that very confidence stays with children for a lifetime.
Why I created the Brainorithmics Math Program
Over the course of my teaching experience I realised that although many teaching materials convey knowledge, they often place too little value on genuine understanding. Children frequently memorise rules without really understanding the connections.
So I wanted to take a different path. I developed my own mathematics program that combines the strengths of proven international learning methods with the requirements of the Swiss curriculum.
A program that makes mathematics understandable. A program that fosters logical thinking. A program that challenges children without overwhelming them. A program that prepares not only for the next exam, but for the future.
My Role at Brainorithmics
Although I lead Brainorithmics and continuously develop our educational programs, direct contact with children and families remains especially important to me to this day. I teach personally in a range of areas.
In addition, I keep developing our mathematics program, mentor our teaching team professionally and work continuously on new educational offerings for children and young people.
My Teaching Philosophy
The most beautiful moments in teaching are not perfect exam results. They are the small moments. When a child suddenly smiles and says: “Now I’ve understood it!” When uncertainty turns into pride. When children realise they can do far more than they ever believed.
I am convinced: every child can learn. Some need more time. Others need a different path. But every child deserves someone who believes in them before they believe in themselves.
Our Vision
At Brainorithmics we believe education should be more than preparation for exams. We want to help children think logically, act creatively, solve problems independently, take responsibility, walk their own path with courage, build confidence and learn with joy.
Our goal is for Brainorithmics to stand for high-quality mathematics, innovative learning methods and personal support. A place where children love to learn. A place parents trust. A place where potential is discovered.
My Wish for Every Child
I hope that one day our children will take away more than mathematical skills. I hope they develop the courage to believe in themselves. That they stay curious. That they see challenges as opportunities. And that they walk their own path with confidence.
When one of our children tells me many years later: “Nataša, thanks to you I believed in myself and discovered that mathematics isn’t nearly as difficult as I always thought.” — then I know that Brainorithmics has achieved exactly what I founded it for.
My Guiding Principle„Never give up.“
Because every mistake is a chance to grow. Every challenge is an opportunity to learn. And every child deserves someone who believes in their potential.

Areas of Focus
About Me
Beyond Brainorithmics, I most enjoy spending time with my family. I play the piano, love reading, paint, play tennis and learn new languages with enthusiasm. I firmly believe that learning never ends. Curiosity, openness and the joy of constantly growing accompany me every day — and this is exactly the attitude I want to pass on to our children.
